The presenter/author of the accepted paper(s) must make an early registration with the paper ID to be included in the conference proceedings and program.

Registration fees include coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and social event (evening of Aug. 26). Workshops are included in the registration.
All fees are VAT included (20%). A company subject to VAT, established in France or in another Member State of the European Union (EU), may claim a refund of VAT
Hotel Accommodation
There are plenty of hotels in Avignon, but plenty of visitors too. We strongly recommend you reserve a hotel as early as possible. Fortunately, most hotels are within walking distance of the venue. Other information on the venue are here.
Student Travel Grants
ISCA student members are eligible for applying travel grant. Please make application after the paper acceptance notification and before the author (early) registration deadline. Please refer to the ISCA grant site.
